I know this does not mean the cycle is over for sure but it sure did beat the multiple attacks I had been getting every night. After 11 weeks of pure hell I had to post this.

Anyway I am praying for Pain Free days and nights for all of us!!!

Thats good news.I was just wondering, are you on the
vitamin D3 Regime?

Hoppy...I am taking the D3 reg. With Batch's help I started about one month ago (maybe 40 days ago). I was tested last week at 129nml, My headaches have been getting fewer and less intense for the past week and a half. My last cycle was 12 weeks so I may be coming to end of the cycle or the D3 may be the cause. I will say that since starting the D3 for a few weeks the headaches seemed to easier to abort with my Oxygen. I will continue taking the D3 reg in hopes to prevent another cycle. Batch has been really helpful to me with his wealth of knowledge. I dont know if realizes what his help means to people...But he gave me so much hope when I really needed it!!!

Hi Metro,
Like you i started the vitamin D3 Regime late in my last
cycle, Spring 2012, it did'nt stop the attacks then, but i
have had no episodes since, thanks to Batch [smiley=bow.gif] and i'm sure he's aware how gratefull
we are being pain free, himself a long time CH sufferer
and knows first hand the pain we clusterheads go through.

Nothing better then not having the beast knocking - I am fortunate enought to have only been through one cycle, but being out feels soo good.. Keep up with the regiment, I believe it helps until I'm proven otherwise :)
