Used to suffer clusters annually, 02 helped considerably. But the real cure was divorcing my wife and abstaining from women. Five years, no clusters. Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it's what worked for me.

Since I am a woman who suffers from CH, I suppose I should divorce my husband Jim. Most of us who suffer would be lost without our supporters, but even when they aren't supportive..divorce won't cure your headaches.
