I'm Jair. I joined back in 2011, after discovering CH through seeing some videos on youtube. I haven't been on in a while but decided to come back and try to help in whatever way I can.

This may seem strange but, I don't have CH, nor do I know anyone in person who suffers from CH. I just saw some videos of sufferers going through attacks on youtube... and I couldn't just watch that without doing something.

So I'm here and I want to do something. Right now I don't know what it is, but maybe you all can steer me in the right direction.

How would I go about spreading awareness? I think that's a big thing, right there. It upsets me to see that people don't take CH seriously. Doctors included.

So, just let me know what I can do. In the meantime, I'm here to show support. You all have my heart and my prayers.
