Title: Fall cluster cycle ended Post by Headbanger on Oct 27th, 2013 at 8:26pm
I'm happy to say this years fall clusters are over. Not nearly as bad this year. Nothing above a 7 during the whole 12 weeks. This cycle broke through my D3 regiment for some odd reason. Probabaly something I did to mess it up I'm sure. I also started adding Kudzo during my cluster peak last week and it really did help. I am going to continue the D3 with the addition ok Kudzu extract, as it has helped me more than Verap ever did. I took 0 mg of verap this cycle and broke it with a pred taper. All smooth sailing from here. God bless and pain free days. :D

Just curious. How much Kudzu do you take?
I recently ordered some and have it now. Have been taking it twice daily, and thus far there is no noticeable results. Thanks. |

I definitely jumped the gun on this post. I was pain free for 4 days. fhen they returned. Still in cycle, which is longer now than my average 8 week cycle. Hoping to be done soon. fingers crossed.

Got of the Kudzu extract, seemed to make things worse. It's like whatever I throw at the beast, it gets pissed off. I sometimes wonder if the hypothalamus isn't a tiny brain in itself always trying to out think it's bigger brother. lol
