Hi everyone!

The last predisone pack seems to of broken the cycle for me. I have noticed a lot of comments about smoking's affect on CH's. Well, now with no CH's i have stopped smoking (going on 1 week) and will see how long it takes until my next cycle. I still have my fingers crossed for Thanksgiving, 2 years ago was my worst cycle. Although i am not posting a lot on here, i am always check in and seeing whats going on. The people on here are truly remarkable!
