Not anymore.its been a long time since Ive been back.cycle started up about 2 weeks ago.This is one beast that scares me..I thought I had a 10 before until last night...holy shit!

You got everything lined up to do battle? Your oxygen, trex, a good prevent? I swear the longer my remission was the harder it hit me when beasty came back. :'(

Im loaded to the teeth,injectable sumatriptan,oxygen,melatonin,couple of redbulls,lots of coffee and a nice area to pace! There are days these things get the best of me,they take every thing I thought I had in me and beat me with the pain the evil,the torment,the screaming,the crying,the lack of sleep and panic attacks but I try to be as positive as I can.Not our faults we get them.

Make sure you have a plan, either shared with a loved one who can help or written down so you can refer to it: when to hit the O2, when to hit the Red Bull, when to hit the trex, that kind of thing. If you don't do it ahead of time, you can forget you have help available, or you can jump on things all at once. Better to have a good plan of attack written by you when you aren't in pain.
