Hi All,
I'ts Spring time, here down under and the [smiley=evil.gif]
has come knocking. Only shadows at the moment, so upping
vitamin D-3 to 20,000iu daily and fingers crossed.

Hope the D3 keeps that SOB in its place!

I'm still crossing fingers for the D3 to help me out as well as many of you all here. That said, I usually get hit in the spring every 2nd or 3rd year here in the States. This year, the SOB threw me a curve-ball with this fall start, and it kind of makes me not know what to expect in terms of the length of this cycle. Hopefully, the cycle will be fairly short overall or the D3 will do its thing.

Hope you're able to keep that SOB at bay. Stay PF, bud.

Hi Anthony,
Spring and Autumn are common times for the beast to come
calling, myself included, he normally hangs around for the
whole season. Been up most of the night but coping ok.

The shadows have gone. Now i'ts back to 10,000iu vitamin
D3 plus the other co-factors.
