Things will get better since you've found the best place on the internet to learn more about CH and how to deal with it from people who know all about it from personal experience.

Are you working with a headache specialist yet? Have you got a preventive, something like verapamil, lithium or topomax, which should cut down how many CHs you get? Got something to abort your CHs once they arrive too? Oxygen and injectable imitrex work great for this.

Tell us more about your CH and read the forums like mad, you'll learn more and more. Plus ask all the questions you can think of too.
