I have been chatting with Svenn. He goes in for surgery on the 27th. They will remove all the cancerous cells. Apparently it is a very easy and friendly type of cancer. It is just on his leg, and has is not the type that would migrate to other parts of his body.

It is a lump, about the size of a golf ball on the outer part of his leg, about half way up. It is not at all painful, and is just an irritation, just seeing and knowing it is there.

This all seems to be very good, and positive information.

Our combined prayers WORKED! (Again!)

Now, if only they could do something about how ornery, cantankerous, and stubborn he is ... <sigh> ;)

Great news.. Prayers are going out for Svenn and his family.

About the ornery and cantankerous and stubborn part... well... gotta think on that one.. maybe some of your cheerful personality will rub off on him ;D ::) :P :-X :-*

Recommend to Svenn and others who are going to have surgery and happen to be on the anti inflammatory vitamin regimen to stop taking the fish oil about two weeks prior to surgery as it prevents blood clotting and dramatically slows down the healing process.

Praise God! This is wonderful news. I will be praying for a safe surgery and that the drs get it all removed. Praying for a complete and total recovery.

Today i got the letter from the hospital confirming that all cancer cells are GONE ;D ;D
Just about the best present i could have.Admitting it was a lot easyer to deal With when i had so many from my clusterfamily standing beside me trough this.
