Title: Newbie
Post by RobinH on Nov 16th, 2013 at 11:31pm
I've been lurking for awhile here but decided to join in the conversation after waking up with another headache at 4:44 this morning. My neurologist prescribed O2 for me, but it didn't seem to work for me. After reading more info here, I realize I didn't use it for long enough. I was led to believe the relief would be instant.  I will also start the supplement regime ASAP. I'm already taking the Vit D3. I'll just need to take more each day.

BTW, I am female, 52 and I live in Cypress, CA.

Yay another "right" coaster! San Diego boy down here. For me oxygen aborts the attack in about 6-8 minutes. The faster I get on it, the faster the abort. A delay of even a few minutes can substantially increase the abort time. Do tell us a bit more about your treatment regimen, maybe we can give you some suggestions to discuss with your neuro.
