Can someone please direct me toward an MS-Word version of the extraordinally helpful Colleagues Letter. All I am able to find on the board is a PDF. I just want to make a few minor tweaks for my situation. I will keep the credit to Simon for the initial draft. Thanks.

Matt,

I think you can open the PDF document and then save it as a word doc. Revisions can then be made from there. I'm pretty sure I've done that before.
