I used to live at this site. Considered suicide at least 3 times. The people here gave me hope, and also offered me solutions that I never got anywhere else.
2005 Was my last episode of CH's. I still occasionally get shadows during my cycle, ie... Spring, Fall.
Sometimes I even get a scare thinking oh no, I can feel one coming on. But it just doesnt come on.
I can tell you that I didnt do anything special that I know of except one thing, I quit smoking in May of 2005. I dont know if that was a coincidence.
I have nothing to offer anyone except HOPE. I hope that one day you'll turn that corner and they'll be behind you. I hope one day like me you'll realize that you've gone, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 years without a CH.

Patrick, that is wonderful news!  i remember you from years ago, and while I've missed you, I'm glad you've been gone!  I hope they never come back, and you live the rest of your life in PF bliss.
