Update....... Vitamin D now 131.5. And that's basically all I take (5000mg) x 2 or 3 a day . No fish oil, no calcium. I bought them, but to lazy to take them all, everyday. After Batches "dosing month", I quit taking the Topomax. So far, soo good. No pain.

kicker...... doc says Vitamin D too high, and I need to take (1) 5000mg a week !!! !O! He's got me back in, in 4 months. Maybe THEN, if I am pain free, I'll tell him what I've been doing.... Actually cause I am hoarding my Topomax.
