Title: Toying with me
Post by SmallNStout on May 9th, 2014 at 7:11pm
I had two completely and totally pain free days this week - Wednesday and Thursday. It was great - I slept, I felt fantastic, I got into the gym and totally murdered my workout. I thought my cycle had ended - it was the first pain free days I have had since november.

Then today... the shadows have been back, with the beast launching tiny mini attacks (1-2 minutes) sporadically. It got me so mad, so fired up that I stopped in the middle of my workout and screamed "Either attack me head on like a man, or get the f*ck off!" in the middle of the gym.

Good thing is the gym is in my garage. Bad thing is, the shadows and mini attacks just go on and on.

These things are going to drive me into an anger management program for sure.

Getting belted by a beast is bad enough, but some poor souls also get visits from the bastage's ugly cousins.

Jump on your googler and look at things like ice-pick headaches and paroxysmal hemicrania, but best bet is that it's simply the end of a cycle and the monster's in a death-spin getting in a few final shots.

Full speed ahead and damn the torpedoes,

Brian down under.

I typically regard any day in which I don't go over a KIP 6 while in cycle a victory, but I can definitely relate to the frustration.

See if you are likely to get an attack when you are in an exercise routine and your heated up.

Elevated body heat has been identified as a trigger for some folks.
