After almost 7 years of heaven I'm back! Before that it was 4 years I hope the next one will be............... Things seem to have moved on though. O2 therapy mmmmm Zomig ns mmmmm This certainly makes up for the years of wrong diagnosis. Now I seem to have got the O2 method right I can get comfortable fairly quickly. The Zomig is a comfort blanket for when I'm out and about, it takes time but what the h**l it's better than the alternative.

Certainly things have gone ahead a bit, oxygen therapy being one of them. It's now recommended at minimum 15lpm (pref 25lpm) with a re-breather mask. Details are on the O2 Info page.

Red Bull type drinks are also becoming popular. Slammed down at the first hint of a hit it's giving good relief to some. Seems to be the caffiene-taurine mix.

Big news of the day is the vitamin D3 regime put together by Batch with some 80% of CHeads getting massive help. All OTC stuff but the success stories are there for the reading.

Yep, I keep the O2 (in case), but the D3 has worked wonders on me. Suggest you check it out. It ain't gonna hurt you and a LOT of us have been helped.

I've been chronic since 97 and since getting on D3 have been pain free since Oct 21, 2013. Had a few twinges, but no hits.. It's wonderful..
