I'm getting ready for my high school reunion (again).. and feeling about 18 (again - at least for the weekend :))

This is the weekend we have our ALL SCHOOL reunion and have classes as far back as 1939 up to present day all get together for stories and fun.

Of course our class is having it's own reunion tonight and then the "girl" I'm staying with is throwing a slumber party for the "girls" so we can talk about "boys" or whatever. (Now you'll have THAT picture in your head -- a bunch of 70 year old women in jammies acting like they're in high school after the prom ;D)...

Anyhow I'm packed and ready to roll.. Plan not to think about anything but FUN till Sunday.. Ya'll have a great weekend.. I plan to... :-* :-*

Ever notice how the foxy cheerleader chick has turned into a fat, wrinkled hag and the pimply, dumpy wallflower girl is now a hottie? The handsome star football player is now a broken down wreck and the skinny, nerd, band member turned into a buff, successful man and still has all his hair?

Had a great time and the cute cheerleader -- well.. what can I say - she had more wrinkles than I did.. LOL.

But the funniest thing.. We always have an OUTSTAND ALUMNI award. This year it went to the 64 class valedictorian who has a couple of PhD's and has taught mathematical stuff (way over everyone's head) all over the world. He was a TOTAL nerd back in 64.

when he got up to make his acceptance speech, he said, "Gosh I never realize I was one of the Popular kids.. I always thought I was just a nerd!" He gave a hilarious speech but someone told him he was STILL a nerd!

But I did have a great time and am really upbeat .. think I just needed to get away from the farm for a few days.. Hope everyone had as much fun as I did.. And NO HEADACHE!! :-*
