Any one else with CH have chronic neck or back pain? I have neck pain year around, but when my headache cycle starts, the pain at these trigger points increases dramatically. Normal activities along with normal body positioning is also a no go when the cycle starts.

Things I would normally do throughout the year, as simple as they may be can and have triggered a CH during the cycle.

I guess what I'm trying to find out is, why? Why is it during a cycle can I no longer do what I have been doing throughout the year without these simple, everyday things triggering headaches? It's very odd to me. Anyone else have similar problems?

Yep.. my neck was giving me fits .. My neuro did an MRI and found a pinched nerve. It was triggering my migraines (I'm one of the "lucky" ones with both CH and migraines). Got that worked out and neck is a lot better and so are the migraines..
