I'm a 59 year old male from central Massachusetts/USA.
I started with CH @ age 15, been a long strange trip.
The worst is my 25 year old son was just diagnosed.
Hopefully his lifetime will see more advances in treatment than mine has thus far.

I have been on verapamil way too many times and for way too long for my liking.
My cycles are usually 12-16 weeks but this year has been 19 so far. I had never switched sides during a cycle before either.

Several years ago I tried mushrooms which did seem to help reduce the intensity of cycles for 2-3 years after.
Procurement is the problem for me with continuing, but for my $ it beats verapamil hands down.

I have one suggestion, I would like to see Batch's D3 regime on the left hand menu maybe between the O2 and H2O.I will try it when I'm off the verapamil. During the summer I tried adding it, but it seemed to increase the intensity of attacks.
