Title: D3 Regimen
Post by Don B on Oct 25th, 2014 at 1:25pm
I am a 20 year CH sufferer new to the site. my cycles were about 5 years apart and lasted about 2 months. The only treatment I used in the past was O2 successfully aborting each episode. This time I was treated with steroids that were effective for a short period, shortly after that verapamil was prescribed and yet I still suffered. Visiting this site introduced me to Batch and the D3 regimen. Five days into the regimen I have realized nearly PF days and nights for the past day and a half. The best I have felt in a very long time. thanks so much Batch. Thanks to my wife also who always supports me and found this site.

Don't stop taking it when you become pain free. It may just be your cycle coming to an end so it's important to keep taking it so it can build up in your system and hopefully your next cycle won't happen. It's important to get the blood test done though, as the level of D3 you need to be at is only just below toxicity.

Say thanks to your wife from us. Our supporters are priceless.
Maz.

Hi Maz and thanks for the reply. I recognize that there is a chance that perhaps my cycle may be coming to an end on its own. But it is hard to ignore the possibility that the D3 regimen has played a role. I plan to stay with the regimen and get the blood test done. I will of course thank my supporter (my wife)  on behalf of CH sufferers who are in need of support. She knows too well what it's like to lean on others. She is a breast cancer survivor, and as a result of the chemo 8 years after treatment suffered a cardiomyopathy. She has been through a lot and is the strongest person I know. So, the set of steak knives that Brian our Ausie friend speaks of go to her. Our 24th anniversary is next month and while the beast pays visits from time to time, they are weaker than the two of us together. I appreciate your posts as they are informative and empathetic. While I am not saying good by to the site, I thank all of you for your support and pass her thanks along also !
