For a better response to you questions, It would be better
to ask them at the link, Cluster Headache Specific on the main board. Cheers, Hoppy. |

In brief, yes. I don't go to bed at night until I know I'm through. fortunately, I don't get REM attacks.

Check out the D3 regimen. It's working so well for so many of us. And yes, we've all been right where you are.
For years Melatonin at night has given me the "sleep" I needed to get thru the days, but the D3 has given me a whole new lease on things. Going over a year PF right now and counting. That's after being chronic since 97. Seriously, it's worth a try.. :-* |

Hang in there adamski... You are not alone. My CH's only happen between 1 and 3 AM, so I can relate. I'm about 3 weeks into the D3 regimen and hoping for a miracle. Just trying to soak up some hope from all the success stories I'm reading here. Good luck to you.

G'day admanski & Brian,
Have you tried taking Melatonin before going to bed? It has a good record getting you through the night without those wake up calls from the [smiley=evil.gif]. You need to take 5-15mg, it can take up to a couple of weeks to kick in. I've found the one that works the best is the one from Biovea, which you can get from there website. Cheers, Hoppy. |
