To be honest I never realised this site was still up and running so much. It was the link for Vitamin D  given to me on one of the face book sites  that brought me back.
I saw the old names there and wanted to say Hi. 
The only problem is nobody wanted to say Hi back.  :'(

sorry to hear you are back and in another cycle ! I have battled CH for many years and currently pain free. Finding this site provided direction that allowed me to abort and prevent effectively. that's the pain side that was treated. the suffering side was also treated knowing that others understood.
I see that you're an alum and while I am not a "newbie" to CH, I am to the site. I hope that you are coping well !!!!    

Welcome home... and don't stay away so long again... The Vit D regimen is working wonders for a LOT of us. Me included and YOU know how bad I've been since before the streets got paved in Clusterville.

Get with Batch and get on the regimen and see what it can do for you. I've been pain free since Oct 21st of 2013 and am doing a happy dance.

Thank you everyone. I have started the Vit D regimen tonight, we can only get 1000 Vit D here in the island, so that was a lot of tablets to take. I will be ordering off the internet tomorrow for the higher doses.
Ok Barbara what's been happening?
I had a major illness a couple years ago, I am all good now, quit my job in finance and set up in my own business as a massage therapist, this was the best decision I ever made ( I have been qualified for years doing it as a hobby) and I am going to be a granny for the third time. That's pretty much it in a nut shell..

I have been a really poor CH supporter whilst I was not in cycle. I tended to stick to FB and my CH friends on there. I did not even realise how long it was since I was last here, I am not a good person  :-[

Oh, we'll still keep ya..  :)  Just don't stay away so long next time. You know we gets lonesome to hear from you.  :-*

Likewise - I have just been hit with the strongest hit that I've had in years.  I'm dealing with this one okay, but scared to death about what might be coming.

I suggest that the North Koreans are to blame.

But I am glad the site is still here and that there are folks who understand all this!
