Hi I get clusters and during the cluster I notice alot of personality changes. I notice them changing slowly   quite a while before my first headache. I will be honest the hardest one to deal with is rage. It can be so hard to not argue with loved ones and friends over nothing. When I'm not in a cluster I'm not like this.
