Title: my story
Post by benjy on Jan 28th, 2015 at 9:13pm
Hey guys, I´m very happy to be back. These bastards have been coming nightly, for a few weeks, every autumn, over the last 10 years or so, until last autumn when blissfully they didn´t occur. What joy.. until last night, right at the end of January. How was I supposed to plan for that? I got the full load, wack.. you understand. Tonight, thanks to this forum, expecting a repeat attack I was ready with monster (its the red bull thing here in Spain) and sure enough the attack came on but I´m sure I felt only about 30% of the potential pain that was drumming on back there. You can´t just buy oxygen tanks over the counter here so I´m open to all suggestions. I did notice that tiny doses of magic mushrooms seemed to ward off attacks.. can´t remember where I read it. I´ll take about 5 in the morning, not enough to feel. Seemed to work last time.. Of course, I´ll let you know how it goes..
Cheers
Benjy

and I get a teeny bit bored by people depending on expensive medications so much: "oh yeah, I tried sukadicenol but you know.. then they put me on fanyfukasin but.. I read in a magazine.. you know..and.." you get my message. We suffer from a nasty condition but should that mean we let the drug companies take advantage of us? Especially those of us with health insurance? mentioning no names.. ehem

G'day Benjy, and welcome. At the bottom left of your screen is a button for clusterbusters.com where they discuss the use of mushrooms. It's worth a look.

This is presuming you have a guaranteed diagnosis of Cluster Headache which is really, really important.

Let us know how we can help. That's why we're here.
