Family I need positive vibes n Prayers.. I feel the 5th hit coming on since early this morning... This cycle is very very bad... :'(... Please keep me in your Prayers.

I find it hard when having these nasty thing and being alone I recently got divorced because of this.My wife couldn't"t deal with it any more I was chronic for over 10 yrs I"ve had these nasty things since I was 17 now 51 this board saved me.

Lady - are you on the D3 regimen? If not get on it. Get with Batch and he'll get you on it right... You don't need to hurt like this..

And of course you've got good vibes and lots of prayers coming from Texas. But you know that.. :-*

Just wishing you all the love and peace possible. I was in your shoes just hours ago, and it is a very lonely, dark place to be. This year hit me hard (my uncle too; I wonder if it is the timing or the high pollen count or something). Just remember to advocate for yourself with your doctors, and don't let them bully you.

And, for what it's worth, it helped me to buy a kick-butt action movie to watch between headaches, as a pump-up. I bought the last Avengers movie. So, when the next one hit, I pretended I was battling Loki with mental powers. Really dumb, but sometimes just having something else in your mind with the pain can help it seem to speed up.
