Went back in cycle a week ago after 6 months or so PF...Ramping up D3 and co-factors right now. Seemed to cut the cycle short last time ( thanks Batch for everything).
Been reading all messages on here for 10 years or so...just wanted to say Hi. Man, I wish I could sleep for a couple of hours. REM sleep not possible right now, triggers nasty ones every time I try. Thanks to everyone who has ever shared their experience with the beast on this website. Knowing that I'm not alone has always been a source of strength during my darkest moments fighting the pain. This too shall pass. Sorry if I'm babbling on...need sleep. Cheers |

Hi Potter
I've found slammin Monster energy drinks works sometimes as an abortive if I catch a given one early enough. Tried all others(O2, Pharme, etc...nada) My prevent..loading/ramping back up on Batch's D3 regemin. Been a long cold wet spring where I live and suspect the recent pollen blooming may be part of the latest trigger. I've had "Hay Fever" since I was a kid and the last couple of weeks have been Itchy scritchy/benedryl for me. Hoping I can cut this cycle short again. Take Care. |

And you might try Melatonin at night (for sleep). It helps get you thru the REM sleep (where the headaches occur).
And did I understand right? Did you start the D3 and then stop it when your cycle quit? If so... not good. It's a commitment .. you need to stay on it ALL THE TIME whether in cycle or not. Let us know how you're doing.. And we're here for ya... :-* :-* |
