I have had CH for over 30 years. I'm back in a cycle after 9 years in remission. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone here for all the support. During my last cycle I learned the tip on how to use only 1/2 of an Imitrex injection. Very valuable information. What a great thing this site is!

Glad it's working for you, Smo. Have you looked also at using oxygen? Many people find it terrific.

I haven't had much luck with oxygen. I am interested in the D3 regimen, but because I'm on coumiden I can't take the K2 or the fish oil.

It is likely you didn't have the right mask or a high enough flow rate.
