Title: Quiet Boards are a good thing Post by lsarver3808 on Dec 6th, 2015 at 8:29pm
This is absolutely the quietest I have ever seen this board. I will take it as a good thing. Wish I weren't here in support of my hubby in midst of cycle. Bad night last night. Glad that there is no one here posting the same.
Happy you are PF! Lori |

Yep, autumn and spring are over which are such horrible times for so many of our ClusterMates. With luck the more stable weather ahead will see a few smiles surfacing to grace this place we call home.
Of course all are welcome to my humble abode within a tropical wonderland where the only doors that are closed are on the beer fridges and that's subject to change without notice. Only great daze ahead, Brian down under. |

I too was noticing how much quieter it has got over the last few weeks now that summer (winter for you up at that end of the world) has arrived.
I like the idea that fewer people are in cycle and having to endure the "fun" of a CH at the moment. |

I think the vitamin D regime has a lot to do with it being so quiet.

Iwas thinking the same thing. Wish it was working that well for hubby! |

Perhaps that's not entirely true. I've spoken with twenty eleven people who have tried it and while they're all now pain free, not one of them can play the violin. That's far from a perfect success rate but adding beer will likely improve it. |

And with the neuro stimulation system you wrote about over in the other string maybe it will get even quieter here. Vitamin D can't help with violin playing. Or accordion playing. Or bagpipe playing. So, Brian is correct, stick with beer. It will, at least, make white men think they can dance. And us non-beer drinkers can get a good laugh at those dumbasses. |

I thought you'd all found a cure and not told me. [smiley=nopity.gif]

Hello, Gang. I've been away for a bit, but by now you know that I suffer intermittent bouts of denial, typically beginning about 15-30 days after the conclusion of a cluster.
Happily, I am now almost 8 months PF, and I thought it time to check in with my friends to whom I owe a debt of gratitude. It seems right to profess it from time to time. During this season, my thoughts often turn to the abundance I have enjoyed, and your willingness to hold my hand, offer suggestions, and even cry with me are true blessings. Yes, even with the beast (can't bring myself to capitalize its name) lurking. I have been faithful to the D3 regimen and will continue to be. I'm looking at two full E tanks - at the ready. My big tank and transfiller are downstairs. I think someone said "the cost of freedom is eternal vigilance". Must've been a clusterhead. Merry Christmas, all. And thanks again. |

Hey MeToo,
Thanks for chiming in giving your experience with the anti-inflammatory regimen and vitamin D3... It's a wonderful feeling looking at your oxygen therapy kit, under a bag, that hasn't been used in months or years... knowing it really isn't needed any longer... This regimen has had such a profound change in our day-to-day lives that we no longer cringe in fear of the next attack... In stead, we live a very normal quality of life we never thought possible... That's a wonderful feeling... Take care and thanks again for your input. V/R, Batch |

Success is dust gathering on O2 cylinders for a few years, then returning them as they just aren't needed anymore.
