Since starting the 5 MeO DALT program I have been 99% PF for the last 22 weeks. There have been a few sneak through, but nothing I couldn't kill with a 5hr ENERGY, and I have used only 8 of them in those 22 weeks, whereas before I was using at least that many in a week, sometimes twice that, and riding out the rest.

The Vit D regimen gave me about 75-80% relief, but never totally knocked them out, but nothing else had come that close prior. I'm still using the Vit D because of other health benefits it has given me. I couldn't be much happier with the head.

Great to hear you found a combination that works for you. I'm not familiar with your program but would love to give it a try, 5MeO DALT. Currently on Vitamin D regimen with some success.
