well was here a few years ago under name of tojokom but tha was using old email I no longer have ... so have returned just adding 15 to old tojokom name I see batch still giving out tons o good info ... and yes the d3 / cal/mag/ zinc / fish oil worked in 2011 for me batch ... just ran into our old friend couple 6 days ago .... and have moved to texas and no longer can get o2 ... thou still tryin to get another script for it.. and for those that remember that the wife was battling cancer last time I was here she passed in march of 2014 ... which makes the headaches seem worse since I don't have my " support" group with me now

see we added a couple more vitamans to the d3 regiem will swing by and get those later today .. well glad to be back.. but not glad to have the headaches back .. kinda ruff without o2, but seem to be kicking em after 30-45 mins with the strong coffee trick

well bout time go see the doc again and see if I get my o2 script today or not wish me luck

tojokom15, sorry your back in my experience you need to stay on the vitamin D regiment if I stray away from it I feel the CH.comes back quickly.

yep been back on the d3 reg for about 2 weeks now, started when the shadows returned. spoke with doc she contacting apriva to get proper wording for the script will call her today and see if I can go pick up tanks today .... if she fails I got the welding route I guess

well Apriva just called and came by // they went to get me a couple M tanks all set up now I reckon

That's great news.

Keep up the D3 Regimen and they will be gathering dust before you know it.

yea back in 2011 when batch told me about the d3 I was having a bad run 12 -15 hits a day ..... started the d3 and with o2 within 2 weeks I was pretty much done with em ... was not aware to stay on the d3 .. was only getting on it when the shadows / hits started ... will stay on a maintain dose now thou

That's a helluva lot and must have been awful. Tell us more about it in case we help in other ways, too.
