I've been away from the site for quite awhile. Still suffering daily with the beasts. Most days right now are better than others. Still frustrated. Looking for some clusterheads to talk to since y'all are the ones who understand!!! :(

What have you got to deal with your CHs? On a preventive? Got abortives? Read up on D3 (or tried it?)?

did D3 years ago when it first came out I think. Right now it is Aleve, 5hr energy drink, Phenergan, O2 15l, heating pad and icepacks. Kind of a mish mash I have put together to just get through the attacks. Looking at trying something as far out as Daith piercing and DALT. I had some success with acupuncuture back in the day.
