1- Have you at any time after or before have CH have candida or other fungus infection. ? ( sometimes cloth in tongue..sometimes cut in the interconexion of your upper and lower lip )

2- Have you acid at your stoomach and gases.. and diarrea many times over the year ?

3- Do you smoke ? ( 3 cigarretes a day say yes too .. two also )

4- Do you eat lots of sugar ? and bread.. and sweet processed food ? u feel about sugar more or less same anxiety than cigarrette.. ( more or less )

5- Do you quit smoke time ago, but still have anxiety and needed to smoke ?

8- After eat.. you are down and feel tingle on some parts of your body ( im using english translator.. i mean.. same sensation when you drink two beers.. or two shots of little alcohol drink )

You ask about smoking.....that question has been asked many times in the past.
On average, Clusterheads smoke more the general population. Probable reason is cluster pain originates in the hypothalamus. The hypothalamus is also a controlling factor in addictions and habits. For some Clusterheads (very few) smoke can be a trigger. For the rest smoking has no affect.

And giving up smoking made no difference for me.

Finally my results are not conclusive  :) ( i will beguin to speak as doctor.. and i work in computer IT )

Just want to share with all of you.. one thing that comes to my mind at some times..

CR is not a dissease.. is a sympton of... something that not permit a good oxigen circulation to the brain.

In my case.. since 1 month im focussed.. in all the other things that i have that are not CR.
- I have candida infection .. that produce some ethanol and acid metale..whatever
- My cr is very sensitive to alcohol.. ( i thing ADH4 gen)
- I smoke.. i cant quit smoke.. ( i thing ADH4 gen )
- i used to give food to candida in industrial dimensions .. eating toons of sugar.
- When i smoke.. i eat sugar.. i fell .. some.. i dont know how to explain.. i fell Happy ( is like to take 2 vodkas )

I will compact
I think my organism or candida produce acetaldehyde or ethanol.. causing less oxygen to my brain.. then my hipotalamus send alarm .. opening my blood roadways.. causing dilatation and constriction

i was in the hope.. that some of you have the same symptons
