I was a right side Spring and Autumn (Fall) clusterhead for 43yrs, but since starting the vitamin D regimen 3yrs ago I have been CH free, until a couple of days ago when I started getting that familiar feeling of the [smiley=evil.gif] lurking, only this time he seems to have made himself at home on the left side, nothing major, but I know he's there, just waiting for me to let my guard down! Alcohol and Processed foods were always his wake up call for me. So, my guard is up.

Perfectly timed with when autumn (fall) is arriving here in the southern hemisphere.

Hope that it doesn't develop any further, but might be worth checking your D3 levels.

Hey Hoppy, sorry to hear that the best is making an appearance. I'm guessing that the spring is also making an appearance where you are.
I'm sure you've read Batch's posts about allergies gobbling up the D3.
Would you consider taking a first generation anti-histamine?
Also could be an idea to increase the amount of D3 you're taking.

Just an update! All a ok now! Sudafed has fixed the left eye sinus/allergy/infection.
