Hello,

Just had a question for my own background and knowledge so when i talk to my Nuero MD i wont sound like a bumbling idiot! ;D

WHY are the certain Vitamins and Minerals recommended? Like why calcium? Why magnesium? Why Zinc?

If someone can point me to a thread or a PDF re: med interaction for batch med regimen.

It should give you a good understanding.

As it's quite technical, what I did was print it off and ask my Doc to read through it after our initial discussion and when I returned a second time he was right on board.
