I see adds on tv and the Internet for exercise clothes. You can order clothes to workout.
You can sit on the couch and buy clothes for getting in shape. You don't even have to drive to the mall and walk across th parking lot. Does that strike anyone else as being high on the list of laziness. |

They need to make a recliner with levers on both sides. My right bicep is getting much bigger than my left.

Why not a smartphone app that triggers motors to move the chair which will make it effortless? |

I keep a cinder block on my front porch so when the need to exercise hits me I go out and walk around the block.
And Bob P you are RIGHT .. They need buttons on BOTH sides of those recliners.. My right finger is getting so much stronger than the left.. ummm... :-* |

I work out every day, if not I don't sleep. But i'll be damned if I order a workout suit by phone. I've been using the same smelly sweatsuit for years. The day I retire it, I retire from working out. And what's up with the Yoga clothes. I watch yoga every morning while I have my coffee and I don't need yoga clothes.
By the way, some of your comments will have me laughing through the night. Langa |

There's whole racks of exercise books in my local library. I can see them through the window of the pub next door.

That sounds like hard work Brian, make sure you stay hydrated with beer being excellent for this being cool, full of good stuff (minerals and stuff) and refreshing. Just perfect for conditions over in Oz. |
