You need to have the picture uploaded to a site such as photobucket (which is free!)

Then all you have to do is cut and paste the url for the pic to here and either highlight it and click the little picture button above, 4th in on the lower row or add [img ] and [ /img] tags (without gaps!) to either side of the url.

Thanks everyone for your well wishes. She just informed me we will get married on July 12th instead of the 19th. She cant marry me fast enough ;D
