I just want to say "Thank you" to DJ and Steph and anyone else involved in maintaining and updating this board. Seeing the revamped board makes me realize that there is a lot of work and a lot of hours put into this.

For those of you that have no idea how boards work...it takes alot of time.  DJ hase literally been on the computer since 8am Friday morning.  72 or so hours later...you have a new board to enjoy!!  It's something DJ has wanted to do for many years, just hard to find the time, the right software and the right patience!!   ;)  (From all parties involved...sorry honey)

It's nice to have my husband back upstairs from the office!!!   :P

Hope you all enjoy the new stuff...look around, there are ALOT of new features.  If you find you have a problem, please feel free to contact us!!

Here's another question (prompted by Melissa's excitement over the "ignore" button).  Can anyone see whose ignoring them?

For instance, say my  Brew has vexed me and I want to ignore him online . . . will he know it? ::)

That function did work when the last board was new like this one, it didnt work after so long because of the overwhelming amount of posts.

It's a pretty thing DJ.

I got lost for awhile of course.

Most of you weren't here back in 98-99 when we'd post in the morning and wait till DJ got home from work in the afternoon to put it up in the afteroon to see what everyone said. It wasn't instant like it is today. We all thought it was "wonderful" back then --

Steph, some of us owe DJ more than we can ever say and I'll be damned if I'll get mushy, but if you ever get tired of him -- the offer of adoption is still open -- I'll take him any day...
