how do you post some pics?

First of all you have to upload your pics to a site such as START PRINTPAGEMultimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to or END PRINTPAGE for instance.

Once the pic has a url you can cut and paste it here and put [ img] and [/img ] tags at either end of the url to make it show.

Alternatively you can highlight the url and then click the little pic button above. (3rd in on the top row)

Actually, you don't have to upload your photos anymore, so we think.  You should just be able to post them as an attachment from your computer.  they will be posted up on our server for you!!

Kinda skips a step for you...lemme know if that is true?!

I've tried several times to find an attach button and can't.  I frequent another forum that uses YaBB forum software and there is a clickable link when replying to a post or making a new post that says "Additional Options."  When that is clicked, an "attach" button shows up.

I'll bet it's just a switch that Deej has to flip for it to work.

I enabled the ability to attach pictures to your posts.  We'll see how it goes!

Yes, But we can set the maximum storage size of the folder.  

How do we attach an image?

I can post my old gifs with no trouble.

Damn that will be a neat thing.

Charlie - Reply to the thread, then just underneath the reply box (where you type your reply) there's an area that says "Attach." Either type in the location of the file you want to attach, or you can click the browse button to help you locate it.

Thanks Brew. I'll give it a try. It looks like what I do to attach images to email.

Well, that's pretty neat.

This is what's left of Knox, Idaho.  The rest of it burned down last year.

It's a ghost town up around Warm Lake--we took some photos when we went up there on Sunday.

What am I doing wrong? I browse and grab a "charlies images" picture. I drop it in but nothing. I have no trouble inserting all my old gifs and whatnot that I have hosted for years.

Those pics were great!  I love that stretch of road and the view from the bridge!  Never had a good camera with me when I was out there.  That will make a good wallpaper.
