Does anybody have it?

Basically I'm in the process of going through eliminating glutamate from my diet, and wanted to give her some advice, considering that she believes in the food trigger stuff as well.

There's a free internet book by Wai Genriiu around that might help MinxKitten in her quest for support. I have the book and wanted to email it to her, but she might just find it by googling it. The book basically advocates a diet based on eating organically produced fruit and has helped people with hardcore acne who haven't found help from anywhere else.

Anyways, if anyone of you have her contact info, I would appreciate it :)
