And the AJ Foyt 225 starts in a little less than 3 hours!

Sorry, Barry - I'm more of an open-wheel guy.

I wonder about last night though..... We had a terrible storm. I live and hr south of Dover. Lots of wind and poring rain. Most of the Penisnsula was in a tornado watch or warning. I hope every one is ok. Today is much nicer although chance of more afternoon storms, just not as severe.

Well, we are back home safe and somewhat sound, sunburned and going thru PRWW (Post Race Week Withdrawal).

Picked up the dogs from their week of boarding when we got home late this morning.  They ran around the house for about 15 minutes, scarfed down some food and water hit the couch and have been sleeping since then although they are keeping one eye open in case I get out of their sights.

The storms Saturday afternoon were rough but thankfully we made it thru.  The weather service was calling for a chance of 80 mph winds, hail and heavy rain.  Got a bit scary for a while but the skies eventually cleared after a couple of hours and the Nationwide race was a go after a bit of a delay.

It was a week filled with good racing, good friends and way too much food.  Can't wait to go back in September and do it all over again!!!!!
