...I'm being a baby . . . .  and been pouting all afternoon.  

*#$@% shadows are increasing in intensity and after all day with them I'm already drained & wanting to crawl in a corner and cry.

Not to mention facing bedtime - because something tells me the ride is about to begin. *sigh*  

I'm usually quite the 'selfless' person and don't usually suffer from 'poor me' syndrom.... but damn it all.... Why me????

Not sure which is worse - semi-suffering all day & waiting for it to come - or just wishing it would finally get here so it will be over.

We all suffer from the "Why me" shit at times.

Pout, vent, whine, then get back up ad beat it back down. I'm told that's why we get CH, were the only ones tough enough to handle it. Sorry you're hurting, sending pain free wishes your way. [smiley=hug.gif]

Have you thought about entering the OUCH poetry contest?

new question as Ive just started a new batch after three years without
so much as a headache or twinge.
Ive seen in the group you speek of shawdows, not sure what they are
or how to recognize them
I'm on verapamil and nasal Imitrex and oxygen, not sure what a non recycle mask is, the O2 company just gave me a clear face mask,
I havn't had much success when I treat with O2 it just seams to delay
the next headache for an hour or two. Last is STRESS related to the onset of these nasty things
thanks for any help you want to add.

Yes it sure does Piss me Off I thought I had them gone, now I just Cry at hte thought of dealing with the beast all over again besides after a resent sepparation I realy want a drink. ::)
