Judy's doc had a cancellation for a scheduled surgery and they called her today to ask her if she wanted to have hers earlier. Of course she said yes.

So, she's on for 6:45 am Friday June 6th.  I will be so happy to see her pain relieved even a little. I'm also scared that she will be one of a few who do not find relief, or are wheel chair bound for life.  I'm just a worrier, I guess. Always afraid of the worst only to find it turns out as good as it gets.

So, it's finally here.  Her first of the two surgeries.  I'm driving her to Naples tomorrow for her pre-op work up. We went shopping this afternoon for pajamas.  She's all set to go.

I pray for an uneventful surgery with God guiding the hands of her surgeon.  

Our prayers are with Judy and you. No fear and a quick recovery. Tell her vibes from a head case are coming her way for no pain but quick gain.                                                Skyhawk5

Oh Donna, I'm so glad.  The sooner they get this done the sooner your Judy will be all better......Judy's Mom will be all better too.  :)

It's ok to worry Donna. It' so hard not to regardless of what is said. My prayers and thoughts will be with you two tomorrow,as well as for strenghth for her rehab and recovery. It's going to be an uphill battle but worth it all.  Keep us posted.
