Other than alcohol, are there any other drugs (perscription or other) that seem trigger or exascerbate CHs?

Nitroglycerin.

They will actually use nitro to trigger an attack for CH studies! Definitely one to avoid. Marijuana seems to be a wobbler, a trigger for some but not for others.

There's been some talk that Viagra might be a trigger as well.  Here's a reference to an article on the subject:

Histamine (intravenously or subcutaneously) also induces an attack when sufferers are in bout.

Other agents which may trigger attacks include sildenafil (through PDE5 inhibition), calcitonin-gene-related-peptide (through CGRP receptors), m-chlorophenylpiperazine (a 5-HT1a/2 agonist), fenfluramine (by decreasing brain serotonin) and reserpine (monamine release in general and serotonin).

YMMV of course.
