If you go to  START PRINTPAGEMultimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login or RegisterEND PRINTPAGE you'll see yesterdays program.

If you go to CSpan now, you'll see a clerk rereading the charges.

The House will (supposidly) consider the charges tomorrow.

I can't understand why this isn't big news splattered all over the newspapers, etc.

I'm no expert on the internal workings of the House, but I suppose it's probably because it's not going anywhere. Just my humble opinion.

The media has a new savior to annoint. This is bird cage liner to them (since it's not, in my opinion, going anywhere).

At least we know that our elected people are spending valuable time getting real, meaningful legislative work done............ ::)

I don't know, Marc. The older I get, the more value I find in governmental gridlock.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Congress would not pursue the impeachment of Bush saying it was "off the table."

Dennis Kucinich ends up playing in the sandbox all by himself again.

Its a sad state of our country when charges of oral sex get 24/7 media attention but charges of high crimes gets virtually no attention.

Donna, I'm with you -- Going to war under false pretenses isn't important - and I guess lying about it isn't that important either... but don't let him get caught screwing around in the oval office..... Now that's really important to the American security and the economy!

Geezzzz!!!! :( :( :(

The "charge" was perjury (lying to a federal grand jury), but your beloved media only talked about the oral sex.

Because some members of congress are so disengaged from reality that even the media can see how far out on lunar patrol they are.

Dems are letting Dennis the Menace do this because it's not going to happen and they are getting even for some GOP filibusters over the term I think. There's a bunch of pictures of the convicted Abramoff greasing Cheney & Dubya's palms with freebees and some suspicious meetings...although this may be separate, it's a convenient time to do it. Bush doesn't "remember" of course. They're wasting our time and both sides do it. Morons.

Vote Ron Paul, who is supposed to have a separate convention in St. Paul or Minneapolis. Shades of Ralph Nader.

That's the way I'm leaning, Charlie.

I was just going to start a new post on Ron Paul!  I'm seriously thinking of voting for him myself.  Just need help finding his voting record online!

I dunno.  He kind of reminds me of that shrimpy little billionaire who ran as an independent against Bill Clinton and Bush the 1st in 1996.  Can't remember his name.  Pequod, or something.   ;)

Best,

George
