Heavy shadows all day + a couple of hits. Knocked them down with Coffee and O2.

Back up again with a burner tonight. O2 not too effective. I'm gonna give it another 20 minutes. I have the trex at the ready. Really need some sleep.

Starting to up the Verapamil again in the morning. This pace keeps up I'll be calling in for a pred taper. Haven't done one of those yet.

Oh well... It was a good two month break and I'm not complaining. I got a lot of living in. Bachelor party camping trip on the Saco river + the wedding. Once I get him back in the bottle I'll be living again.

This bastard does not rule my life!!!!!!!!!

Wow. What a coinkydink. I got hit at 1:10 this morning for the first time in months. Got so complacent that I had to pull my M-tank out of the closet and go out to the car to get my clustermasx. Killed it in 10 minutes with O2 and took an Amerge so I'd be sure to get back to sleep for a good stretch.

No hits today. Shadows this morning which died a thousand deaths with an energy drink.

Thanks for the well wishes everyone. I'll be ok. I know the routine. Just needed a place to vent when the house was dark and quite except for the hiss of the tank and the storm raging in my head. Thanks for being there.

Thanks, everybody. No beast visit last night. Doubled my regular intake of melatonin (from 3mg to 6mg). Seemed to have done the trick - for now.

Uninterrupted sleep is such a great thing.

I wish that you were right Sanna. No night hits since Sunday morning but shadows have been persistent and I got hit around supper last night. So it looks like I am ramping up to a new cycle.

I'm up to 360mg of veramapil now. Might push it to 480mg if I get hit again tonight. O2 is working to abort like usual but I have to "rinse and repeat" at least once to keep the beast at bay.

How you doing Brew?
