bad day, i know it won't kill me, i know sometimes i just have to live with it but i get so tired. it is so relentless. one after another. no relief today ia m very tired

Seems like some days there's nothing to be done but hang on. But I know what you mean--after a while, you get to feeling stretched pretty thin.

I hear you brother. Sometimes it's hard to get through the day. When I'm in the dumps like that I usually look for my youngest daughter Emma. A conversation with her usually gives me that thing to smile about. It helps for a few minutes anyway.

Screw the beast. Go find your something to smile about.

I hope relief and PF times find you soon.

made it through and today is another day, seeing the doc today I don't know why I think I know more about ch than he does, but thanks you all so lets all go for another day today ohh-rah.
still tired but there is nothing else to do as giving up is not an option. thanks for letting me vent a bit.
