Title: Solstice Post by thebbz on Jul 23rd, 2008 at 3:25pm
Seems CH activity picks up around this time and a month or so on each side of the solstice. I know my past episodes coincide closely with this celestial event. I thinks this has some effect on the ol'hypothingee.
Any others? all the best thebb |

never had a CH in June or July. And its been a while since I had anything in August so I guess I do not fall under that category. I sam working toward no CH in January - December.
But I am more of a winter sufferer |

My cycles usually stop before (May) and start up again (August) on either side of the event. This year my cycle started in mid July. Could be something to it.

I used to begin my cycle (episodic-1 cycle/year- duration:1 month, 1-5 attacks/days, mostly during sleep) around solstice (late June) like a clockwork, for about 7-8 years. I had to take my summer vacation in August, hoping that I would still be on the 1 month cycle and be free for August - for a time, my summers was a mess because of those CH.
the "other alternative" had this "solstice" cycle disrupted. PFDAN |
