Title: Important Topics for whom?

On every message board there is on top a section "Important Topics". But when I click on one of the threads I get:
Error: You are not allowed to access this section.

Why am I not allowed to read "What happened to the old message board?"? Is this another case of "this page is not available in your county" or something?

I'm not real sure at this point, I logged out and was able to read the messages up there, so I'm a little confused. You should be able to read them, you can't reply to the Global Announcments, but you should be able to read them.

Is anyone else having this same problem?

You might log out for a few minutes and then log back in, refresh your browser and see what happens.

It was a temporary problem yesterday.
