Hi,
I have been trying to sign in for the past week with no success. I have been a member for quite a few years (at least since 2000). I thought maybe I forgot my password and asked for it but never received it. When I try to rejoin, it says my user name and password is taken, but I still cannot get in. Finally, I rejoined under a different user name and used my work email and I am now able to sign in but I really would like to use my own name.

Any suggestions as to what I may be doing wrong.
