Can you post your medications for us over on the Cluster Headache specif board and what you've tried that doesn't work? Let us try to get you some relief with some new suggestions. Such is the amazing nature of this place, there is a world of treatment options out there- for episodics I'd say it is almost impossible to try all of them in a lifetime- that is a big comfort to my husband and I. And nature of the beast is that something that didn't work in the past can start working again. Unfortunately that also works the other way around too. And many that don't require a prescription.
