Title: Sports And Headaches.

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone else's CH's out there get worse when you play sports. I always get a CH when I play softball, and they're really bad.

Physical activity is a wobbler.....for some, like me, when an attack starts, extreme physical acitvity such as squats, an all out sprint, anything really aerobic, will actually reduce the intensity of an attack.

For others...sounds like maybe you......physical activity, especially if it really raises the body temp, will bring on an attack or increase its intensity. One more way the beast is so unique to each CH'er!
